Job Title: Chemical Mixer OperatorJob DescriptionAs a Chemical Mixer Operator, your primary responsibility will be to process raw materials and chemicals by following a batch record to accurately mix chemicals together, creating the final product. You will operate various machines to measure and add raw materials into tanks, and take out samples for laboratory quality checks. The role involves physically moving large plastic bags of chemicals, using a crane, and pushing material out of a bag with a large mixing device. You will also be responsible for climbing stairs to access the tops of tanks and using computer skills to operate machinery that monitors and controls tank levels. Additionally, you will be required to sign off on documents to verify the addition of the correct type and amount of material. This position requires wearing a full uniform and respirator mask due to chemical exposure, and adherence to safety protocols is mandatory.Hard Skills

The role requires working a second shift from Monday to Friday, starting between 2pm to 4pm for an 8-hour shift. The work environment is a manufacturing/plant setting within a chemical plant, involving exposure to moving equipment, mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, chemicals, and biological hazards.
