We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and presentation of our culinary offerings. Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards - Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies - Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner - Follow proper food handling procedures and maintain sanitation standards - Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations - Assist in menu planning and contribute creative ideas for new dishes - Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Adhere to all food safety regulations Requirements: - Proven experience working as a Line Cook or in a similar role - Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques - Understanding of food safety practices - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team - Diploma from a culinary school is preferred but not required - Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods Join our team as a Line Cook and be part of a dynamic culinary environment where your skills and creativity will be valued.
