C1 Staffing is hiring dependable and detail-oriented Environmental Services Attendants to join our team! This position plays a key role in maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary environments in hospitals, schools, universities, commercial buildings, and other client facilities.
Position Summary:
The Environmental Services Attendant performs general cleaning and housekeeping duties to ensure assigned areas are kept in an orderly, hygienic condition. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of cleanliness in supporting a safe environment for all.
Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize assigned areas including restrooms, hallways, offices, and common spaces
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces as needed
Empty trash and recycling containers
Clean and maintain floors, walls, furniture, and equipment
Follow safety and infection control procedures at all times
Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and tissue
Report maintenance or repair needs to supervisors
Support special cleaning projects as assigned
Requirements:
Previous custodial, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Willingness to follow safety procedures and work as part of a team
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or holidays when needed
