Responsibilities:
·Lead team as a coach and mentor
·Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service
·Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures
·Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members
·Support the development of a high performing team
·Assist in achieving budget goals for labor and food cost
·Rally and work as a team to provide excellent guest service
