Mason City Self Storage Units is a top provider of storage solutions in the Mason city, Iowa area. We are seeking a motivated local person to join our marketing team full time. Our goal is to build a better local presence within the Mason City area.
Responsibilities:
- Host on site events at our storage facility
- network locally- shake hands, meet & greet and get business cards
- social media marketing
- send emails to current and past tenants
- send letters/ postcards for marketing
- outside visits to strategic partners
- attend events locally/ meetings
- form strategic alliances (apartment mgrs, retirement homes, etc)
- cold calling local businesses
- join local clubs and lead local groups
- start a networking group/ meet up

Experience: 2 Years Marketing Experience Required
- MUST BE A GREAT COMMUNICATOR and HIGHLY SOCIAL!
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and content marketing
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Hours: 9am to 5pm
