Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Live-In Self Storage Property Manager. As the face of our facility, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the overall cleanliness, safety, and security of the property.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the self-storage facility, including leasing, customer inquiries, and facility maintenance.

Provide outstanding customer service to both current and prospective tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our storage solutions to potential customers.

Process rental agreements, payments, and move-ins/move-outs accurately and efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the property, including storage units, office spaces, and common areas.

Perform routine property inspections to identify and address any maintenance or security issues promptly.

Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain a safe and secure environment for tenants and staff.

Utilize management software to track inventory, manage accounts, and generate reports as needed.

Collaborate with the regional manager and other team members to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Previous experience in property management, customer service, or a related field preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.

Proficiency in computer software, including MS Office Suite and property management software.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, and weekends, as needed.

Must have a valid driver's license.
