.NET Application Development Manager

Description We are inviting applications for the position of a .NET Application Development Manager based in West Des Moines, Iowa. This role primarily involves leading a team of developers in the creation and maintenance of web applications, utilizing C# and .NET technologies. The selected candidate will be part of an environment that encourages skill growth, where they will have the opportunity to work remotely a few days a week.Responsibilities: Lead and manage the development team in creating high-quality web applications using .NET and C# technologies. Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to understand and implement client requirements. Ensure the accurate maintenance and processing of customer credit applications. Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on account status. Maintain customer credit records with utmost accuracy and efficiency. Develop SQL skills to enhance database management and operations. Opportunity to learn and work on mobile application development. Uphold a positive work culture and promote a collaborative team dynamic. Communicate effectively with customers to resolve inquiries and issues. Contribute to technical growth by staying updated with latest .NET developments. Requirements Must have a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role Proficiency in .NET framework is required Experience with UX/UI Design is essential Excellent team management skills Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and coding standards.
