Maverick Metal, a leading fencing supplier in the northwest, is expanding into the southwest and seeking a self-motivated leader to drive this growth. If you excel at managing people, time, and production, and have a strong sales background, we want to hear from you! This role involves travel and hands-on leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team to ensure efficient operations and maximize productivity.
Oversee scheduling, production timelines, and resource management.
Drive sales and achieve business goals.
Utilize technology to streamline operations.
Travel as needed to provide on-site leadership.
Qualifications:
Proven leadership and organizational skills.
Strong sales experience with a track record of success.
Computer savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Knowledge of farming or rural industries is an asset.
Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required.
Self-motivated with a focus on growth and innovation.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base pay based on experience.
