Job Title: Production SupervisorJob DescriptionAs a Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily activities on the floor, ensuring safety, quality, and production standards are met. You will manage a team of approximately 23 people, including two team leads who report directly to you. Your responsibilities include training employees in 5S, measuring compliance, and collaborating with the engineering department to increase yields and decrease scrap. You will also plan and pace work efficiently to meet daily, weekly, and project production goals, while motivating employees to achieve their targets.Responsibilities

The facility is not climate controlled, and temperatures can be around 10 degrees hotter inside than outside during the summer. You will be standing all day with your desk located on the production floor near your assigned work cells. Our company employs approximately 1,000 people and has recently installed a misting system to provide some relief on the production floor. The dress code includes khaki work pants with a button-down shirt or a red company polo shirt, along with steel-toed shoes and proper PPE.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Berea, Kentucky.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.85 - $31.25Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
