Duties
Prepare a variety of sushi and sashimi according to traditional recipes and restaurant standards

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen area
Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and ingredients
Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment
Monitor quality control during food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency
Skills:
Proven experience in sushi preparation, with strong knife skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality
Excellent organizational skills and teamwork abilities
Prior restaurant or catering experience preferred, especially within the culinary or food service sectors
