Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the hospitality industry, based in Lexington-Fayette, Kentucky. This role involves managing customer reservation requests and troubleshooting a variety of issues over the phone while maintaining a quick pace and ensuring correct data input.Responsibilities include: Handling inbound and outbound calls within department KPI goals Completing reservations accurately and efficiently Accurately entering reservation details into the system Utilizing problem-solving skills over the phone to assist clients with issues Communicating issues effectively and professionally with all clients Using proper grammar and appropriate speech to notate client needs and issues Beginning assigned duties on time and delivering on time Performing other duties as needed or assigned Utilizing skills in Inbound Call Center, Inbound Outbound Calls, Call Center Customer Service, and Resolve Customer Service. Requirements Must have prior experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in a customer service role Proficient in handling both inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment Demonstrate the ability to effectively resolve customer service issues and inquiries Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with customer concerns Must be able to work in a team and contribute to a positive work environment Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time effectively Must be proficient in the use of computer systems for data entry, communication, and problem resolution Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a high-volume, high-stress environment Must be open to working in different shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required Familiarity with the hospitality industry's rules and regulations would be an added advantage Must have a customer-centric approach and a commitment to improving customer service experience Bilingual or multilingual skills would be an advantage but are not mandatory.
