About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Standing Seam Metal Roof Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise working with standing seam systems, understands proper fabrication and installation techniques, and is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship. You will work on commercial, and industrial projects, ensuring roofs are installed safely, accurately, and according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Install, assemble, and fasten standing seam metal roofing panels and trim components
Operate metal fabrication tools including brakes, shears, roll formers, and hand tools
Read and interpret blueprints, project drawings, and material lists
Maintain accurate measurements and ensure precise panel layout
Perform job-site preparation, tear-offs, underlayment installation, and flashing work
Ensure all projects meet industry standards, manufacturer specifications, and safety regulations
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite
Qualifications
Proven experience installing standing seam metal roofing systems
Ability to bend, cut, and shape metal components
Comfortable working at heights and in a variety of weather conditions
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
OSHA certification (preferred but not required)
