PDW Performance Driven Workforce is now hiring Full Time Vibration Analysis Technicians. This Vibration Analysis Technician position offers an AM Day shift plus possible overtime and is based out of Clarksville, TN. Vibration Analysis Technicians will perform preventative maintenance, assist plant maintenance in defining, analyzing, and detecting PdM issues. Pay:
$26.50 - $30.00/hour (depending on experience)
Shift Schedule:
AM Day shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Responsibilities:
Perform predictive maintenance checks for plant equipment
Perform vibration analysis
Perform oil sampling
Perform thermal imaging
Perform other PdM techniques
Any other task assigned

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with PdM technologies in vibration analysis, oil sampling, thermal imaging, and other PdM techniques
Advanced proficiency in mechanical knowledge of typical plant and building equipment such as compressors, fans, speed increaser and gear reducers
Proficient in reading Mechanical print
Must complete Hankook training in both mechanical and electrical education and attend advanced training for PdM lab equipment
Must have strong reading comprehension, problem solving, critical and analytical thinking. Clear written and spoken communication, detailed oriented problem solver, clear judgement and decision making
Physical Requirements:
Ability to frequently stand, walk, and use hands
Mobility throughout the facility
Working in various temperatures indoors and outdoors
Ability to stand and stoop, kneel, walk, crouch or crawl
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted on a frequent basis
Working at heights of 10 feet or greater, operating lifting devices, and entering confined spaces
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus
