Position Overview:

Be Great Recovery Living Facility is seeking a motivated and compassionate Client Services Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about serving others, creating lasting community impact, and supporting individuals in recovery. The position involves a blend of administrative tasks, client interactions, and skill-building opportunities, offering a chance to grow within a state-certified, recovery-based structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls professionally and provide information about our services.

Make outbound calls to assist clients, schedule appointments, and maintain follow-ups.

Act as the in-house operator, ensuring smooth communication between clients and directors.

Drive clients to and from appointments as needed.

Direct clients’ needs to the appropriate staff or resources.

Learn and perform various tasks, including:

Credit repair.

LLC formation.

Business and non-profit consulting.

Qualifications:

A positive attitude and a genuine passion for serving others.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
