Must Haves HS Diploma 6 months of office experience Comfortable with being on the phone, not afraid of multitasking Be able to type at least 40 wpm 1. Must be familiar with MS Office 2. Will need to be able to type at least 40 WPM and work within fast paced environment 3. Measured on number of vehicles processed 4. Best VS Avg Always looking for more work, keeps their head down and works. Anyone looking for a relaxed environment will not be a good fit. Key Responsibilities Provide a variety of customer support services through the mail, telephone, and direct personal contact. Process orders and assignments. Enter data into computer system. Reference pricing and delivery information. Respond to customer questions, complaints and requests. Set up new records and maintain existing records. Perform word processing assignments, filing and related clerical duties. Process all necessary paperwork in preparation for auction day, securing necessary approvals. Conduct research of a routine nature. Follow well-established procedures and under close direction of supervisor. May process titles.
