Description We are in search of a Purchase & Sales Specialist based in Mandeville, Louisiana. This role revolves around the field of business to business sales, with a particular focus on utilizing CRM software to manage sales activities and client interactions. The selected candidate will be expected to analyze CRM data to identify growth opportunities and develop effective sales strategies. This role also requires strong leadership skills and a customer service orientation.Responsibilities: Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities and client interactions Ensure data accuracy and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system Analyze CRM data to identify trends and opportunities for growth Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets Identify and prospect potential business clients through various channels including networking, cold calling, and market research Leverage your B2B sales skills to expand our customer base Provide exceptional customer service to maintain client relationships Utilize your leadership skills to drive team performance and sales results Requirements Possess at least 3 years of experience in a Purchase & Sales Specialist role or similar capacity Demonstrate strong skills in Customer Service, CRM, and B2B Sales Display proficiency in managing and maintaining customer relationships Exhibit a solid understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement Show ability to negotiate effectively and manage multiple priorities Provide evidence of strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities Demonstrate the capacity for strategic planning and supplier management Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Show ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Exhibit a strong commitment to ethical business conduct and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
