By joining our team, you will play a key role in helping to our clients uncover hidden relationships from vast troves of data and transforming the Government and Public Services marketplace.Work you'll doAs a core member of our team, you will work closely with our clients and our development teams to coordinate and deliver technical reports design and technical production support.Responsibilities include:

Requirements analysis and testing for systems engineering, data validation, and development projects

Work directly with client/business owners to gather and develop functional data, performance, system, security requirements as they pertain to reporting requirements.

Develop, execute, document, and provide guidance on unit test plans, test data, and test results.

Support data warehouse concepts and relational databases.

Support a business intelligence and data analytics team with requirements gathering and functional & technical testing

Further develop technical skills through working groups and trainings

Our team supports all phases of analytic work product development, from the identification of key business questions through data collection and ETL, and from performing analyses and using a wide range of statistical, machine learning, and applied mathematical techniques to delivery insights to decision-makers. Our practitioners give special attention to the interplay between data and the business processes that produce it and the decision-makers that consume insights.QualificationsRequired:

Bachelor's degree required

3+ years of experience in analytics and report design and delivery including requirements analysis and testing for systems engineering, data validation, and development projects

Ability to travel 5-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

Master's degree preferred

Familiarity and experience with the government consulting

Keen interest in learning and using the latest software tools, methods, and technologies to solve real world problem sets vital to national security.

Experience in data warehouse concepts, test plan creation, and debugging/troubleshooting in a production environment

Experience in understanding data requirements and testing, SQL development, and warehouse/relational database concepts.

Oral and written communication skills with emphasis on complex technical topics and effectively communicating details with all levels of management.
