Job Duties:
We are searching for a New Business Sales Representative (New Contracts Sales Hunter) to aggressively grow our landscape maintenance business.

Responsibilities:
Identify customers' pain points and develop tailored solutions
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key decision-makers
Operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high sense of urgency
Deepen relationships and recognize the value of going broader with existing clients
Proactively communicate with decision-makers and influencers
Plan daily, meet activity benchmarks, and close business
Collaborate with operations team members to leverage their expertise
Responsibilities:

Desired Skills, Experience & Characteristics:
Extensive face-to-face (B2B) selling experience at the mid to senior levels
Ability to manage multiple projects and multi-task effectively
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
CRM or SFA tool experience is a plus
Proven track record of meeting sales goals in longer selling cycles
Highly competitive, positive, and results-driven
Excellent presentation, oral, and written communication skills
Experience with social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
Coachable, trainable, and with a good sense of humor
Local knowledge and connections in the area preferred
Experience in the service industry with commercial contract sales is a plus
