SD/BV are hiring Line Cook(s) who have an interest in working at a new restaurant in a growing company. Must have a great attitude, be a team player, and maintain our existing high-quality standards. Ability to maintain a word station. Work 6+ hours our their feet. Show up everyday ready to work.
Bon Vivant and Sonder & Dram are located in the historic McGillicuddy building on the corner of Ash and Lisbon. Sonder & Dram focuses on local products offering outstanding cocktails and new American food in a speakeasy-esque atmosphere. Bon Vivant is a brand-new restaurant offering new American food crafted with French-fusion and French techniques, featuring local farmers and producers from the Lewiston-Auburn area and the State of Maine. Bon Vivant will offer a wine-heavy menu and classic cocktails, in a casual fine-dining, comfortable atmosphere. We pride ourselves on providing every customer with an exceptional experience, every time.
Preferred experience:
1+ year of culinary experience
college preferred (but not required)
Schedule: weekends and weekdays; full-time, part time
Hiring timeline: ASAP
Expected wage rate: $18.00-$22.00/hour
