Seeking a talented Seasonal Sushi Chef to join our culinary team during our busy winter season. We’re looking for someone with a strong foundation in sushi preparation, impeccable knife skills, and a passion for high-quality ingredients.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare sushi, sashimi, maki, and specialty rolls with precision and consistency
Maintain the highest standards for food safety and product freshness
Assist with menu innovation, seasonal specials, and weekend features
Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
Work collaboratively with an an amazing kitchen team known for excellence, creativity, and professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a sushi chef (restaurant or catering environment)
Strong knife skills and familiarity with sushi rice, fish handling, and traditional techniques
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen
Positive attitude, professionalism, and teamwork
Reliability during peak season (December–April)
