Looking for a self motivated, reliable, confident mechanic/welder to become a long term member of a family based construction company in Sidney Maine. Immediate opening-looking to fill position as soon as possible. Winter snow plowing of commercial lots required. Valid drivers license required. Most of our work is within a 50 mile radius of our office. Must be willing to perform manual labor and lift 50-80 lbs.

Responsibilities include but not limited to repairing, welding and servicing equipment such as dozers, excavators, loaders and heavy/medium duty trucks. Repair, rebuild and fabricate components of various types of equipment both in the shop and field. Must have a general working knowledge of metallurgy and the effects of cutting, bending, shaping and welding of all metals. Overtime a must.
