We are seeking a reliable Production/Machine Operator to work on our 1st shift. If you take pride in following safety standards, maintaining quality, and keeping a clean work environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Always adhere to Yale safety policies.
Operate twisting, winding, braiding, and/or finishing machines.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following 6S standards; perform general housekeeping.
Follow instructions and complete tasks independently.
Identify problems with products and/or machinery and report immediately.
Maintain paperwork/records to ensure inventory and production schedules are accurate.
May package, label, and sort finished products for release.
Perform quality control by inspecting, identifying, and reporting variances in yarn quality.
Schedule & Compensation:
Monday – Friday
1st shift: 7:00 am – 3:15 pm
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Requirements:
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Ability to stand for long periods and operate machinery safely.
