STOCK CLERK / RECEIVER
Full Time, Monday-Friday
Warehouse/stockroom experience preferred
For almost 5 decades, The Curtainshop of Maine has been Maine’s leading retailer for window treatments, bed and bath products, and home furnishings. We’re currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented warehouse/inventory professional to manage inbound and outbound freight at our largest showroom located in South Portland.
Position will mostly focus on receiving inbound freight, scanning product in, helping to manage exceptions, staging merchandise and packaging goods for outbound freight. You’ll utilize your exemplary multi-tasking skills and strong attention to detail for this critical inventory management role.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Self-starter with impeccable attention to detail
Able to lift 35-50 lbs. and perform physical work with no limitations or restrictions
Good with numbers and computers
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Presentable and professional and enjoy working with staff
Strong work ethic - reliable, dependable and responsible
Ability to complete some light duty cleaning tasks
Previous warehouse/stockroom experience is ideal, but not required
