Job Description: Showing Agent (Maryland)
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Showing Agent to assist with presenting homes to prospective tenants. This is a commission-based position offering flexibility and independence.
Responsibilities:
Conduct property showings and provide prospective tenants/buyers with detailed information about the homes.
Unboard and reboard properties as needed.
Maintain effective communication with clients and the team regarding scheduling and showing activity.
Ensure properties are secure before and after showings.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
Flexible schedule with availability to work Saturdays and Sundays.
Active real estate license in Maryland.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Experience with WhatsApp.
