Job Title: Case ManagerJob DescriptionCase Managers are key to the success of foster youth. Changing the life of a youth is an awesome responsibility, but also incredibly fulfilling and meaningful! Social workers oversee essential aspects of the foster youth's well-being, including:
Medical Wellness
Mental Health
Clinical/Case Management
Legal Supports
Birth Family Involvement/Reunification
Educational/Vocational
Cultural/Talent Development
Crisis Intervention (must be willing to provide scheduled on-call support some nights/weekends)
Requirements for Licensed Social Worker applicants include:
Persons with a license in social work, Requires LMSW, LCSW-C
Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong leadership ability and strong work ethic required
SAFE home study certified preferred
Experience or capacity to work with an electronic health tracking and record system and administrative task management software (Asana)
Additionally, Licensed Social Worker applicants must:
Submit to a b ackground , child protective service investigation, and drug screening
Have a reliable vehicle, a great deal of flexibility, and the willingness to travel locally
Attend mandatory weekly and monthly meetings as required by the agency
Hard Skills
Licensed in social work
SAFE home study certification preferred
Experience with electronic health tracking and record systems
Proficiency with administrative task management software (Asana)

Work SiteThis is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Baltimore, Maryland and some days remote.Work EnvironmentHybrid work schedule, 1 day in the office, other days on the road or at home.
