Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Attorney/Lawyer to join our Legal team based in BALTIMORE, Maryland. This role focuses on real estate transactions, providing an environment for intellectual growth and mentorship.Responsibilities: Handle commercial real estate transactions with precision Conduct thorough title searches as part of transactional due diligence Prepare and review checklists to ensure all transaction requirements are met Provide legal advice to clients on real estate matters Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations related to real estate transactions Contribute to a family-friendly culture while engaging in sophisticated work Manage a billable hour requirement effectively Participate in profit sharing initiatives and other benefits as offered.Requirements Applicant should possess a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of one year of experience in the legal field is required. Active member of the Maryland State Bar Association. Demonstrated experience in Commercial Real Estate is essential. Proficiency in creating and managing legal checklists. Experience in conducting comprehensive title searches. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. Must adhere to detail-oriented ethics and demonstrate a high level of confidentiality.
