Snow Supervisor (On Call Winter Work)

DeAngelo Contracting Services (DCS) is hiring On-Call Snow Supervisors to help lead snow and ice removal operations during periods of inclement winter weather. This role is seasonal and only active when snow or ice events occur.You’ll oversee snowplow operators and laborers, make sure roads stay safe, and may also operate equipment when needed. Travel may be required for out-of-town work — paid travel, hotel, and per diem are provided.What You’ll Do:Supervise and direct snowplow crews during snow and ice eventsMonitor weather conditions and help plan response effortsAssign routes and ensure work is completed safely and efficientlyOperate snowplow trucks or other equipment when neededOversee salt/brine applications and equipment inspectionsMaintain basic reports and ensure safety compliance
