Overview:

Become part of our team! We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a vibrant and passionate individual to join our team as a Catering Sales Representative. Develop and execute catering sales strategies that drive sales growth and profitability. Lead the planning and execution of events, ensuring all details align with client expectations and company standards. Develop and cultivate strong relationships with prospective clients to drive new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Develop and secure relationships with prospective clients.

Manage and nurture relationships with repeat clients to ensure continued

satisfaction and loyalty.

Negotiate contracts on behalf of the company to ensure favorable terms

and compliance with company policies.

Collaborate with event planners to coordinate appropriate catering services

tailored to each event.

Liaise with clients to gather feedback and implement improvements in

service and quality.

Support event logistics, ensuring all catering elements are executed

smoothly and efficiently.

Maintain and update a comprehensive client database to support sales and

relationship management.

Create and manage accurate records of operational transactions and event

Implement targeted marketing strategies to drive new business and

increase revenue.

Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation.

Ability to commute to Baltimore and surrounding counties (required).

Associate’s degree or higher in Business, Event Coordination, Culinary Arts,

Hospitality, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or hospitality (essential).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).

Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Ability to conduct market research effectively.

Proven ability to build rapport with prospective clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation:

Salary: $35,000 per year plus 5% commission on net sales annually
