About the Position:
A and R Protection Services is now hiring up to (10 ) dedicated Security Officers to protect Senior Housing Communities in Maryland. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING DETAILS CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING.
We are looking for individuals who understand that safety and customer service go hand-in-hand. This is a highly visible role where your presence, professionalism, and attention to detail are key.

We Are Looking For Unarmed Candidates With:
· Up to 2 years of experience in security,
· A valid Maryland Guard Card or the ability to obtain one promptly.
· Reliability is Non-Negotiable: Punctuality and consistent attendance are critical.
· Focus and Professionalism: Ability to remain alert and avoid personal distractions. This means NOT being on your phone ALL DAY while on duty.
· Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
Your work ethic will directly determine your success in the company and your eligibility for pay raises.

Contract Pay Structure - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
This is a salaried contract position and does not pay an hourly wage. Pay is a fixed monthly rate based on the shift you are assigned.
Shift Option 1: Day Shift (Full-Time)
· Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7AM - 7PM
· Pay Schedule: $4,000 per month
Shift Option 2: Night Shift (Full-Time)
· Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7PM - 7AM
· Pay Schedule: $4,200 per month
Shift Option 3: Day Shift (Part-Time)
· Schedule: Sat. - Sun. 7AM - 7PM
· Pay Schedule: $1,600 per month
Shift Option 4: Night Shift (Part-Time)
· Schedule: Sat. - Sun. , 7PM - 7AM
· Pay Schedule: $1,700 per month

START DATE: The week of January 5th
FIRST PAYMENT: February 6th

On-Call Opportunities
Workers can also opt to be added to our on-call list to cover last-minute openings or extra needs. On-call pay is a flat fee for the period you are called in.
The payments for on-call shifts will be made each Friday.
On-Call Rate:
· 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM: $150
· 4:00 PM - Midnight: $180
· Midnight - 8AM: $200
