Now accepting bids for the replacement of 6 windows, 1 replacement exterior door, removal of Batten board, lightly scrape flaking paint and install Tyvek on the North and East sides of a small carriage house.
Scope of work:
1. Two windows will be replaced in a finished office and trimmed out with Azek material. Inside will be trimmed out by the owner of the property.
2. Four windows will be replaced in a rough-finished vertical plank interior/exterior finished wall and trimmed out externally with Azek.
3. Install exterior door. Existing wide french doors are currently in place. Contractor will need to fabricate door frame.
4. Batten boards are to be removed on the North and East sides of carriage house. Lightly scrape existing paint and install Tyvek material.
5. Two windows on the East side will be removed and boxed in with OSB.
6. Any loose vertical rough-cut plank exterior siding boards to be secured, if loose, prior to Tyvek installation.
7. All material, including doors, windows, nails, wood, screws, staples, Tyvek, etc. to be supplied by the property owner.
Requirements:
Contractor must have all tools, including but not limited to, ladders (scaffolding preferred), work truck or van, insurance, hand and power tools to complete the project.
