Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Senior Strategic Consultant in BELTSVILLE, Maryland. The role is within the marketing provider industry and will involve overseeing and changing the financial activities of the organization.Responsibilities: Overseeing all financial operations within the organization including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting. Implementing and maintaining accounting software systems to ensure accurate financial reporting. Developing and implementing budget processes and performing cash flow analysis to identify financial trends and projections. Managing annual close processes and ensuring all financial reporting is completed accurately and on time. Conducting internal audits to ensure financial management adheres to all financial laws and regulations. Implementing process improvements to enhance financial reporting and performance. Developing and implementing processes for financial management and decision-making. Creating process documentation to ensure all financial processes can be replicated and understood by all relevant staff. Using ADP - Financial Services and CRM systems for financial reporting and customer relationship management. Managing and overseeing CapEx (Capital Expenditure) to ensure financial efficiency within the organization.Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Extensive knowledge and experience in various Accounting Functions Proven ability in Auditing Familiarity with Budget Processes Proficiency in Cash Flow Analysis Experience in Annual Close Processes Proven ability in Process Improvement Skills in Process Implementation Experience in Process Development Proficiency in Process Documentation Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
