Client has 51 Total hours per week
Monda to Friday:
Morning shift: 06:00 AM to 08:30 AM
Evening shift: 04:00 PM to 08:00 PM
Saturday:
09:00 AM to 05:00 PM
SERVICES NEEDED
Assistance with all of her ADL and IADL including, but not limited to:
bathing, dressing, transitions, community errands necessary to remain living in the community, meal preparation, and transitions.
COMPENSATION:
The position is w2: $17/hr

CAREGIVER QUALIFICATIONS
1. Must be Female in Gender
2. The caregiver should have CNA
3. The caregiver should have at least 3 years of experience in Personal Assistance Services (PAS)
4. Experience with working with a Patient with Dementia (Added bonus, if not she will be trained)
6. Experience with using Gate Belt and Safety Measures that will prevent Fall, Client is a Fall Risk
7. We need a reliable, dependable and a trust worthy person
8. The Caregiver should drive their own car
