Project Assurance Coordinator

Project Monitoring & Reporting: Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables. Provide regular updates to project managers and senior leadership on progress, risks, and challenges.Quality Assurance: Ensure that automotive project processes meet established quality standards. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.Risk Management: Identify potential risks that could affect project timelines or quality and assist in developing mitigation strategies.Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and suppliers, ensuring all parties are aligned with project goals, schedules, and requirements.Document Control: Maintain accurate and organized records of project plans, status reports, and other critical documents.Compliance & Regulatory Oversight: Ensure that the project complies with automotive industry regulations and standards, including safety and environmental guidelines.Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any project-related issues that arise, escalating as necessary to senior leadership.
