Description Robert Half has a new direct-hire opportunity for a Sales Assistant in Hunt Valley, MD. This role will support a large team and will be responsible for acting as the central point of contact for service requests, coordinating schedules for various support groups, monitoring resource schedules, and maintaining routine communication with customers. Responsibilities: Act as the primary contact for customer service requests, ensuring timely responses and escalating requests when necessary. Coordinate schedules across all support groups to optimize the use of billable resources and meet customer needs. Monitor resource schedules to ensure timely entry of service requests. Regularly evaluate the usage of support for utilization and productivity improvements. Maintain ongoing communication with customers to keep them informed about progress. Apply technical awareness to allocate resources appropriately to technical issues. Utilize various support tools and techniques, and understand how technology is used to provide services. Maintain a strong understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and network systems. Display the ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly in a fast-paced environment. Ensure accurate and quick entry of service request details through proficient typing skills.Requirements Proven experience in fast pace office environment supporting a team Demonstrated knowledge in managing project schedules Ability to schedule appointments efficiently, maintaining a balance between team availability and client needs Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes and ability to communicate these effectively to all involved parties Proven track record in scheduling and conducting productive meetings Overall expertise in scheduling tasks and activities, ensuring smooth operations and meeting project deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure Proficient in using scheduling software and tools.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
