This position requires close coordination with program leadership and structural engineering teams to facilitate smooth execution of maintenance activities and to address any necessary adjustments in repair procedure.Job DescriptionProvide technical support to structural maintenance crews, ensuring compliance with specifications, work instructions, and approved proceduresAssist in developing maintenance strategies, including frequency, materials, and equipment selectionMaintain logs of technical support activities and stay informed of maintenance plans, schedules, and safety regulationsSupport structural repairs such as track support, leak mitigation, drainage maintenance, and concrete patchingCoordinate with structural engineers on new or revised repair proceduresMonitor field maintenance activities and provide scheduling recommendationsAnalyze asset management data to guide maintenance frequency and typeRecommend improvements to asset management and maintenance strategies
