Large organization located in Camp Springs, MD has an opening for a Janitor. Candidate should be able to: Notify office staff of needed supplies, Notify office staff of equipment and furnishing discrepancies, operate and maintain buffer, assist with special projects, work effectively with others with attention to detail required to perform work accurately and meet deadlines, train subordinates by exercising tact and patience while freely giving them benefit of knowledge and experience, analyze a problem, reduce it to component parts and develop recommendations for each part that can be followed and understood, submit ideas to management to increase productivity and accuracy, motivate co-worker to achieve the goals and objectives of the department, distribute and review work assignments.
