We’re seeking a Senior HR Specialist to lead benefits administration and leave management for our Acton-based manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives on accuracy, compliance, and employee support.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, life, disability, wellness)Serve as the primary contact for benefits inquiries, issue resolution, and vendor communicationManage leave programs including FMLA, PFML, ADA, STD/LTD, and workers’ compensationEnsure compliance with federal, state, and plan-level requirementsConduct new hire benefits onboarding and support HRIS enrollment (UKG)Maintain accurate HRIS data and generate reports for audits and renewalsSupport annual open enrollment and benefits auditsAssist with training program administration and recordkeeping
