Description We are searching for a dedicated Customer Service Representative based in Amherst, Massachusetts. This role operates within the call center industry, and it provides an opportunity for long-term contract employment. You'll be a crucial part of our team, handling inbound calls, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing data entry tasks. Candidates who are bilingual in Spanish are strongly encouraged to apply.Responsibilities: Answering inbound calls in a timely and professional manner. Providing excellent customer service to all callers, addressing their inquiries and resolving their issues. Utilizing data entry skills to update and maintain customer information in the system. Managing customer service tasks in a call center environment. Handling email correspondence with customers efficiently and professionally. Balancing inbound and outbound calls to ensure all customer needs are met. Proficiently using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data management and communication purposes. Accurately entering customer orders into the system.
