Adecco is searching for Machine Maintenance Technicians in Andover! This is a Direct Hire Opportunity on 2nd shift.Hours: 2:00PM-10:30AM, Monday-FridayPay: $32-$38/hr DOE + 10% Shift DifferentialPosition SummaryThis position is responsible for the maintenance of the equipment used in Machining Production. The job is to fully support production and keep equipment running and in a good state of repair. Responsible for managing the Preventive Maintenance Program and keeping the system in full compliance. This is a key position in ensuring maximum uptime and productivity of the equipment.Responsibilities
Keep all production equipment running at a high-efficiency rate and at maximum productivity.
Establish and perform preventive maintenance programs for production equipment that is compliant with the quality system.
Work independently and with minimal supervision.
Maintain and calibrate equipment as needed.
Assist in IQ, OQ, and machine qualifications as needed.
Maintain spare part inventories to ensure a high service level.
Perform additional duties/tasks as required by management.
Requirements:
5+ years Maintenance experience in a high-tech environment
Experience with manufacturing machinery troubleshooting and repair.
High-level mechanical aptitude
Electrical skills including wiring, motors, and electronic.
Hydraulic and pneumatic systems installation and troubleshooting skills.
Computer and microprocessor experience, PLC, and ladder logic
Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and machinery.
Machining experience
