Bay State Linen provides the highest quality laundry, linen, uniform, and dry cleaning services in Boston, Eastern Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire, and Northern Rhode Island. Bay State Linen has been pleasing customers for over 20 years. Personal service and individual solutions are the heart and soul of our business.

We are seeking a responsible, professional, results-driven person to join our growing office team. If you're looking to work with flexible hours in a friendly fast-paced environment, please review the position qualifications below.

This candidate must:

Have a never say "no" attitude with the willingness to learn new skills

Speak and write clearly in English (Bilingual with Spanish is a plus)

Be comfortable with computers, including electronic filing and data entry

Be able to work weekends (at least one weekend day a week)

Have great phone etiquette

Work independently, yet be able to work within a team

Have reliable transportation to and from the office in Brockton, MA

Have above average knowledge of Microsoft products (Office365, Excel and Word in particular)

This position will be responsible for:

Answering inbound calls and emails (Sunday through Thursday)

Researching customer service issues to resolution

Making outbound confirmation calls

Sending emails utilizing company scripting

Filing, Copying, Scanning as needed

Assisting in special projects
