As a Project Engineer at Andover Consultants, you will:
Lead and support residential, commercial, and institutional land development projects
Design subdivision roadway layouts, grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management systems
Prepare site permitting plans, land development plans, and supporting documents
Develop technical stormwater management reports using HydroCAD and other modeling tools
Coordinate and present at client meetings, municipal hearings, and public presentations
Collaborate with a team of engineers, surveyors, and project managers to deliver exceptional results
Qualifications & Skills
We’re looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and strong communication skills:
BS in Civil Engineering (required)
Professional Engineering (PE) License (required)
5+ years of relevant site civil engineering experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, StormCAD, Hydraflow, and related software
Strong project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, municipal officials, and team members
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
