We have an opportunity for a Pro level wok station line cook. Minimum excellent sauté skills.
This is a food truck opportunity with a professional grade galley configuration kitchen, that Pro's love.
We are expanding our brand to other parts of the mainland so our staff here will be rotating out to open new locations, so we figured this could be a great opportunity for some one looking to escape the winter months of the east coast.
That said this opportunity is only for an experienced professional.
Housing is expensive in Hawaii, so we are offering a camper van for this person to do what's known as stealth camping ($1000/mnth). The idea is you can work for your contract length and have a place to stay and vehicle in one. You are welcome to find a place to stay, but this is what we offer out of the box, with maps of locations to park when camping over night.
Upon completion of contract, we will reimburse the airfare to Hawaii.
