At Corporate Chefs we have a key full-time position open for a Grill Chef. This individual needs to be professional and presentable at all times. The responsibilities include:
Preparation and working of grill station
Breakfast consists of making eggs, omelets, French toast, etc. to order
Lunch consists of burgers, quesadillas, appetizers, etc. to order
Assists with all café service as needed
Helps with catering
May performing customer transactions and customer service, FOH stocking and cleaning
HACCP Training- Taking and logging temperatures of food, coolers, warmer box, etc;
Labeling and dating all products in process
Prep and Cleaning lists are part of the job
It is a Full-Time, Monday through Thursday position with full benefits. We are seeking an energetic person who has great customer service skills as well as good English communication skills, and reliable transportation. The hours are approximately 6:00am to 2:30pm.
