The dental pactice has been serving the community for the past 40+ years. The dental practice has recently changed to a new owner. We are hoping to find an enthusiastic, driven cheerful and caring assistant to join our team and help us grow our practice. Responsibilities:
Strive to provide the best patient experience
Support and Assist dentist chairside with clinical treatment of patients.
Assist with documentation and the upkeep of records
Provide clear communication and education on treatment plans and maintaining oral health.
Oversee operatory set-up and clean-up, including sterilization process.
Take radiographs/x-rays
Maintains a positive, collaborative and supportive disposition with team and patients
Qualifications:
Radiography/ X-RAY certification per state guidelines
Well versed in dental terminology and procedures
Maintain compliance with state dental practice requirements (i.e., X-ray requirements, OSHA, HIPAAA and CE training).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour (based on experience)
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
