We are a busy screen printing shop in Watertown seeking production help. Screen printing experience is helpful but is NOT required.
There are multiple positions available involving pre-production and post-production tasks aimed at increasing the production efficiency of the team. The opportunity for advancement will exist for the right candidate.
The job requires an attention to detail as well as the ability to be on your feet all day. Some lifting will also be required.
We are a successful shop (over 29 years in business) with a proven track record for hiring, identifying, training and retaining employees to be high quality screen printers.

The shop hours typically are 7:30am to 4:30pm with some overtime expected during busy periods.
Pay rate: $18 to $20 per hour depending on experience.
The first three months of employment will be considered an introductory period and the position hire will be reevaluated at that point and an adjustment to the hourly rate will be made in accordance with the new hire's displayed abilities, performance and reliability.
