Our client, an investment office in Boston, MA, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team! This is a temp-to-perm opportunity and is compensating up to $36/ hour depending on experience. The schedule is Monday to Friday 8:30am-6pm. Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply! Responsibilities Process and manage invoices accurately and efficiently.Prepare and assist with payment processing and invoice management.Support investor relations activities related to deal processes, including occasional communication and coordination with investors.Work with travel agencies to arrange and manage travel logistics for the team.Provide administrative support to the executive teamsAssist with communication with global offices, ensuring smooth and professional interactions.Answer phones. Respond to inquiries by providing necessary assistance or referring visitors and callers to appropriate employees.Requirements College degree.Experience in administrative work is required, 3+ years (ideally are looking for 10+)Experience in a working in a fast-paced environment such as investment banking or law firms is required. Experience in handling invoices, working with travel agencies, and supporting communication for investor relations.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.Knowledge and Skills High proficiency in computer applications is required, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
