We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs.
Performing repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
Responding to maintenance requests from tenants in a timely manner.
Maintaining accurate records of work performed and inventory of supplies.
Collaborating with property management to ensure high standards of property upkeep.
The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. A valid driver’s license and relevant certifications are preferred. This role is vital in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our tenants while maintaining the integrity of our properties.
