We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various massage techniques and a strong commitment to providing exceptional Client care. Also seeking a specialist in other modalities such as; myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, Shiatsu, Thai, stretching techniques, facial massage, reflexology, Reiki Certified, etc. As a Massage Therapist, you will play a vital role in promoting wellness, alleviating pain, and enhancing the overall quality of life for our clients.
Duties:
Perform therapeutic massage techniques tailored to individual client needs, including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, prenatal, reflexology, and trigger point therapy.
Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on their specific conditions and goals.
Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to effectively address client concerns related to pain management and overall wellness.
Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment for clients and addressing their questions or concerns.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as necessary to ensure comprehensive client care.
Stay informed about the latest developments in massage therapy techniques.
Work well with others.
Positive outlook and drama-free.
Requirements:
Valid Massachusetts state license in massage therapy.
Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and patient assessment techniques.
Experience with various massage modalities, particularly swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic, pregnancy, reflexology, and trigger point therapy.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient service and customer satisfaction.
Ability to create personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs.
Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
At least 4 years previous experience in a clinical, spa, or wellness setting.

Job Type: Independent Contractor, 50% commission plus tips.
Flexible schedule: Needed openings are your choice of Mon-Fri 4pm - 8pm and Sat 10am-4pm.
