As Global Public Affairs Immunology Coordinator VIE in our Global Public Affairs team you will support the Head of Global Public Affairs (GPA) for Immunology across a range of transversal initiatives designed to advance Sanofi‘s place in Immunology. The team is focused on driving and executing policy shaping and stakeholder engagement strategies in order to address the unmet needs of patients, support product approval and drive optimal access for all Immunology therapeutic areas, across geographies and along the entire value chain, including pipeline development.We are an innovative global healthcare company that helps the world stay ahead of infectious diseases by delivering more than 500 million vaccine doses a year. Support the Head of Global Public Affairs (GPA) for Immunology across a range of transversal initiatives designed to advance Sanofi‘s place in Immunology.
Support the overall coordination of GPA immunology activities, including transversal or Therapeutic Areas (TA) dedicated initiatives and topics, project-based internal engagement and communication with the extended immunology PA (Public Affairs) network (countries and the Corporate Affairs community).
Strategize/plan/manage the collaboration/co-creation/updates with key countries across indications, preparation and coordination of the draft content of internal and external presentations and events with external stakeholders.
About youExperience:
A minimum of 2 years of previous full-time working experience in a similar position, preferably within pharma industry, or prior medical practice.
Soft and Technical skills:
Knowledge of healthcare systems and understanding the role health policy plays in supporting patient access to medicines.
Prior experience working in a pharmaceutical company or in a corporate environment focused on health, preferably working in the areas of public health, policy, advocacy and/or market access will be a plus.
Prior experience in providing project management support, working on marketing campaigns and/or outreach initiatives at global/regional/local levels will be a plus.
Excellent analytical, communication and presentation development skills.
Strong planning and project management skills & focus on delivery.
High energy, driven, results oriented.
Ability to work transversally across functions and with different countries and cultures.
Ability to take initiative, prioritize and work under set deadlines.
Ability to blend in the team, work autonomously and to function efficiently in a multi-tasking work environment.
Proactive and solutions focused across projects.
Driving license.
Education:
Degree in Public Health and/or Business Administration or in related fields (Political science, Law or MBA).
Languages:
English is a must.
