HPLC Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Analytical Development Scientist to join a collaborative team focused on supporting synthetic molecule development. This role involves designing, optimizing, and qualifying analytical methods to enable process and formulation development. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset to contribute meaningfully to project execution and innovation. The position is scheduled to start in January 2026. Key Responsibilities:Develop, optimize, and qualify analytical methods for synthetic molecules.Provide analytical support for process and formulation development activities.Independently plan and execute experiments; interpret and communicate complex data.Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.Ensure compliance with cGMP/GLP, safety, and regulatory standards.Write clear, concise technical reports and maintain accurate records.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.Coordinate lab work and contribute to team-based problem solving.Learn and apply new techniques while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
